City opens Expression of Interest for former Concord Elementary site

Developer proposals for 6700 Raymond Ave. are due Nov. 18, 2026 under EOI 82-26.

The City of Windsor has opened an Expression of Interest, EOI 82-26, for the former Concord Elementary School site at 6700 Raymond Ave., under its Housing Solutions Made for Windsor program. windsorite.ca places the site in Ward 6, in Riverside.

Developer proposals are due Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026 by 11:30 a.m. The EOI package is on the City's Let's Talk page. Questions go to purchasing@citywindsor.ca by Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2026.
