How to read this
- Filed is the date the request was sent or received. Acknowledged is the date the agency confirmed it and assigned a file number.
- Decision due dates are our estimates. Requests received on or after July 1, 2026 run on a 45 business-day response clock under Ontario's municipal access law (MFIPPA), and agencies can extend it. We update the date when the agency gives one.
- We list a request only once it has been filed. Drafts are not listed.
- When records arrive, we will post what they show and link them from the story.
